Newly inserted disk shows as failed

Issue

  • Newly inserted disk is showed as failed in sysconfig -a
  • disk show -broken reports it as init failed
  • event log reported the following error:
    [sanown_io: diskown.errorReadingOwnership:notice]: error 23 while reading ownership on disk (S/N xxxx)
  • disk show -disk x.x.x -fields owner-id shows an ID that's not part of the system
