Issue

  • Multiple drives fail with model X316_HARIH06TA07 with the disk.write.failure or ioMedium errors.
  • The system might display the following EMS errors due to drive failure:
[Node-01:disk_server_1: disk.ioMediumError:notice]: Medium error on disk 2a.66.1: op 0x2a:5a438a00:0200 sector 1514375890  SCSI:medium error - If the disk is in a RAID group, the subsystem will attempt to reconstruct unreadable data (3 3 0 eb)
