Latency due to Disk failure during raid-dp to raid-tec conversion

Issue

During the conversion of RAID type from RAID-DP to RAID-TEC on the aggregate 'aggr_node01', Disk 8.xx failed, causing a latency spike. 


node01: disk_latency_monitor: shm.threshold.ioLatency: Disk 10b.08.xx has exceeded the expected IO latency in the current window with average latency of 512 msecs and average utilization of 100 percent. Highest average IO latency: 10b.08.xx: 512 msecs; next highest IO latency: 9a.01.55: 11 msecs.

node01: raid.config.filesystem.disk.failed: Filesystem Disk /aggr_node01/plex0/rg4/10b.08.xx Shelf 8 Drawer 4 Slot 0 Bay xx failed.
