Issue

  • Cluster join fails with the below error messages

Internal error: Cluster network RPC communication test from local address 169...

Internal error: Cluster network RPC communication test from local address 169...Error: RPC: Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "" (VSID: -3) to mgwd at 169.254.x.x]
 
  • The cluster ports were all online.
  • The switch ports and ISL were online.
  • The port-channel active status is False.
