Issue

  • One or more disks on internal shelf is missing on one or both paths/nodes
  • Replacing the disk does not resolve the issue, the disk is still missing
  • Known good spare does not come up in the problematic disk slot
  • Takeover/Giveback of each node does not resolve the issue
