Issue

  • The system reports a shelf fault in EMS-LOG-FILE.GZ

Node-01: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY: Disk shelf fault.
Node-01: statd: monitor.shelf.warning:error: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0b. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
Node-01: statd: callhome.shlf.fault:error: Call home for SHELF_FAULT

  • System reports an unrecoverable storage fault STORAGE SHOW FAULT -V
