Issue

  • The following alerts are reported in event logs:
[Node-01: dsa_disc: ses.psu.comboError:alert]: Incompatible power supplies were found on disk shelf "0", serial number: SHJSG1234567890, product ID: NS224NSM100, PSU part numbers: TDPS-1600GB A, PPP-PPPPP XX.
  • From the ENVIRONMENT logs, the affected PSU is reported as not present:

 Power Supply installed element list: 1, 2; with error: none
 Power Supply information by element:
   [1] Serial number: PST0D9230405935  Part number: TDPS-1600GB A
       Type: 00
       Input voltage: 243.75 VAC
       Firmware version: 03.00.00  Swaps: 0
   [2] Serial number: NO_PSN_PRESENT_  Part number: PPP-PPPPP XX
       Type: 00
       Input voltage: 242.73 VAC
       Firmware version: 03.00.00  Swaps: 1

  • The PSU is missing from the SYSCONFIG-M section as well:
