FAS8300 FC ports repeatedly show No Light and Online, giveback does not complete after takeover

Issue

• The link to the peer ports of FC ports 0e and 0f is unstable:
  
  • Port 0e: No_Light
  • Port 0f: Alternates repeatedly between No_Light and Online
• Takeover operation succeeds, but giveback does not complete and the following message is displayed:
