FAS2820 report internal communication error

Issue

  • Node report chassis PSU sensor error frequently.

[node01: dsa_worker1: ses.status.temperatureError:error]: DS212-12 (S/N xxxxx) shelf 0 on channel 0b temperature error for Temperature sensor 9: internal communication error. Current temperature: 42 C (107 F). This module is on the rear of the shelf on the lower right power supply.
[node01: dsa_worker1: ses.status.temperatureInfo:info]: DS212-12 (S/N xxxxx) shelf 0 on channel 0b temperature information for Temperature sensor 9: normal status.

  • BMC reboot doesn't resolve the issue.
  • Shelf FW upgrade doesn't resolve the issue.
