FAS2820 Unable to Start System-Level Diagnostics

Issue

  • When attempting to start system-level diagnostics during initial setup or hardware maintenance, the diag mode fails to start if SAS shelf cables are connected. The following log output is observed:

  • Diag mode starts successfully only after disconnecting the SAS cables.
