FAS2820 Controller fault LED ON without any hardware errors

Issue

  • Controller fault LED ON.
  • Check sysconfig -a slot 2 Flash Cache status is ok, and FW is the latest version.
  • event log show No error message about Flash Cache.
  • In the SP-LATEST-RUNTIME log, ID 13 LED  is on.
