Duplicate disk name in node shell but not cluster shell

Issue

  • Duplicate disk name but different UUID, serial, paths, etc.
  • Cluster shell shows as normal but Node shell shows duplicate disk name and bay location
  • No "disk.duplicate" errors
  • Sysconfig -a shows correctly
  • The issue is not fixed after power cycling the drive from Ontap
