Issue

  • In the Autosupport STORAGE-SHELF section one of the DCM's report increasing phy changes and possible DIS/PHCHG status:
[DCM4.0] OK             7       12.0        0           0       0        0         0    1838
[DCM4.1] DIS/PHCHG      7         NA        0           0       0        0         0     724
[DCM4.2] OK             7       12.0        0           0       1        0         0    2101
[DCM4.3] OK             7       12.0        0           0       0        0         0    2739
  • If monitored over time the disabled phy does not show increasing phy change count.
  • The remaining online phy's can:
  1. Show increasing phy change count
  2. Show stable phy change count
  3. Can be marked disabled
  • Example of increasing phy change count on the online phy's:
