Disk fault LEDs toggle after unsupported shelf PSU event

Issue

  • EMS reports an unsupported status for shelf components, including the PSUs.

  • Multiple disk fault LEDs illuminate on the same shelf without disk failures
  • Disk fault LEDs turn off automatically after a period of time(~30s)
  • storage show fault -v shows disks in FAULT REQSTD state on one node while the HA partner reports normal status
