Issue

  • EMS report HA GROUP ERROR: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH.
  • One disks is failed on one node.
[node01: scsi_cmdblk_strthr_admin: disk.releaseFailed:error]: Disk release failed on 0c.01.56 CDB 0x5f:0601 - SCSI:not ready (2 4 9)
[node01: cfdisk_config: cf.disk.skipped:notice]: The disk 0c.01.56 was skipped because it reported the status disk failed.
[node01: svc_queue_thread: cf.disk.inventory.mismatch:error]: Status of the disk 0c.01.56 (5000CCA2:6) has recently changed or the node (node01) is missing the disk.
[node01: cfdisk_config: callhome.sfo.miscount:error]: Call home for HA GROUP ERROR: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH
