Issue

  • The system experienced unexplained controller takeovers in an HA pair.
  • Information reported by AutoSupport.

(CONTROLLER TAKEOVER COMPLETE AUTOMATIC - Communication Error) ALERT

  • The BMC logs show that "LPC Reset Occurred" and "Abnormal reboot" events occurred, and that a takeover was triggered as a result.
