Issue

  • Continuously receiving alerts for CHASSIS POWER DEGRADED: Power Supply Status Critical: PSU2. on Node-01 & CHASSIS POWER DEGRADED: Power Supply Status Critical: PSU1
  • Replacing the PSU1 didn't resolve the issue.
  • PSU1 on node 2 was swapped, now both nodes are reporting PSU alerts with both PSU1 and PSU2 on node 1, and PSU1 on node 2, intermittently report “Warning Low” or “Critical” states.
  • Motherboard replacement on Node1 did not resolve the issue.
