Cluster ports go down on BES-53248 after SFP plugged into port group

Issue

  • Nodes go out of cluster quorum and the below alert is seen in Autosupport:
HA Group Notification (NODE(S) OUT OF CLUSTER QUORUM) EMERGENCY
  • The event logs report the following:

[Node-03: kltp: callhome.clam.node.ooq:EMERGENCY]: Call home for NODE(S) OUT OF CLUSTER QUORUM.
[Node-03: kltp: clam.node.ooq:EMERGENCY]: Node (name=Node-01, ID=1004) is out of "CLAM quorum" (reason=heartbeat failure).
[Node-03: kltp: clam.node.ooq:EMERGENCY]: Node (name=Node-02, ID=1005) is out of "CLAM quorum" (reason=heartbeat failure).
