Issue

  • A trap alert is being detected.

productTrapData.0 = Chassis fan SysFan3 F2 is ok.

  • Chassis Fan3 status is being reported as OK.
  • No abnormal information related to FAN was found in the EMS log, and Automatic shutdown sequence is being canceled.
EMS messages:
[env_mgr: monitor.chassisFan.ok:notice]: Chassis fan Fan3 Present is ok.
[env_mgr: monitor.chassisFan.ok:notice]: Chassis fan SysFan3 F1 is ok.
[env_mgr: monitor.chassisFan.ok:notice]: Chassis fan SysFan3 F2 is ok.
[env_mgr: monitor.shutdown.cancel:notice]: Automatic shutdown sequence canceled.
  • The following logs are not finding any FAN-related errors.
