BMC version appears 15.95P1 after update BMC firmware

Issue
- Updating BMC FW to 15.6, but it changed to 15.95P1 version, after when BMC reboot, it downgraded to 15.5P1.
- Accessing with SP of a node in ssh, BMC console appears "
Unable to open/create the Log File
" message.
