Automatic BMC upgrade fails after ONTAP upgrade

Issue

After an ONTAP upgrade, the BMC may not automatically update. You may see the following errors in sp-mgmt-mlog-txt in ASUP:

[kern_servprocd:info:5914] 0x80905a000: 0: ERR: Servprocd::SpUpdate:  servprocd_cpmi_get_fw_update_info: cpmi_get_fw_update_info(0x10) Failed.
[kern_servprocd:info:5914] 0x80905a000: 0: ERR: Servprocd::SpUpdate: monitorUpdtPrgrs: unable to get firmware update progress. 
[kern_servprocd:info:5914] 0x80905a000: 0: NOTICE: Servprocd::SpUpdate:  lookup_bmc_updt_str: BMC update - Triggered but not started.(0x0)
