Issue

  • The node shuts down after the following errors report in BMC event log:

[IPMI.emergency]: env_mgr triggers OS halt:Multiple fans failed
[node1:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Multiple fans have failed.
[node1:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Environmental Reason Shutdown (Multiple fans failed)
[IPMI.emergency]: env_mgr triggers OS halt:Multiple fans failed
