Issue

Node panic with Environmental Reason Shutdown (Battery remain capacity critical).

Example:

Mar 15 19:34:42 [n2:nvram.battery.capacity.low.critical:EMERGENCY]: The NVRAM battery capacity is critically low (2 cycles). To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 5 minutes.
Mar 15 19:35:12 [n2:callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY (capacity low) CRITICAL.
Mar 15 19:39:12 [n2:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Environmental Reason Shutdown (Battery remain capacity critical)
