Issue

EMS on upgraded node reports SFP+/QSFP+ unsupported messages.
 
Example:
netif.sfpNotSupported: The SFP+ or QSFP+ module (not supported ) installed in e3a is not supported with this network
interface.
netif.sfpNotSupported: The SFP+ or QSFP+ module (not supported ) installed in e3b is not supported with this network
interface.
