Issue

ONTAP reports the following error in nodeshell "sysconfig -ac" output when a 2-port 100/200/400GbE module (X50131B) is installed in slot 8 on the following storage systems:

  • AFX 1K, AFF A1K, ASA A1K, FAS90, FAS70
  • AFF A90, AFF A70, AFF C80, ASA A90, ASA A70

sysconfig: 2p, 40G/100G/200G/400G Ethernet Controller CX7 card (PN X50131B) in slot 8 must be in one of these slots: 10,11,2,3,6,9.
