Boot diagnostics 08.04.01 fail with the error: Loading driver timeout! ENV setup may be incomplete!!
SAS Task Management Function (TMF) timeouts observed in logs.
Error messages in logs:
sas: TMF task timeout for 5000c500e25fa2d5 and not done
pm80xx: rc= -5
Midplane not recognized after 5 retries!
