Issue

  • If your controller uses Trusted Platform Module (TPM) firmware version 5.51, you cannot update the firmware to version 5.63 with the ONTAP 9.8 image.
  • Onboard key manager (OKM) requires TPM version 5.63 for proper operation in ONTAP 9.8 and later.
