Issue

  • ONTAP updates cluster-management LIF information with the BMC for communication across different nodes of the cluster.
  • ONTAP versions prior to 9.14.1 can take up to 15 minutes to synchronize cluster-management LIF information when LIFs are created, modified or deleted.
  • Until the synchronization occurs, BMC partner log collection might fail.
