CONTAP-516272: L2 Watchdog Reset NMI on some systems present a disruption as a user initiated "system core"

Issue

On AFF A400, AFF C400, ASA A400, ASA C400, FAS8700 and FAS8300 systems, a non-maskable interrupt (NMI) that is triggered due to a watchdog reset is wrongly identified as 'User Initiated', instead of being identified as a 'Watchdog Reset'. 
An example of the message follows:
