Issue

  • The following error is seen and cleared on its own after some time:

ses.status.ModuleError: FS4483NSM16E (S/N 1234567890) shelf 0 on channel 0s PCI switch error for PCI Switch 1: status not available; status not available. This element is on the rear of the shelf at the top, on shelf module (A).
  • In the Storage Shelf log, confirm that the status is Normal.
