The Service Processor(SP) is reporting there is an error updating the SP user information
Error updating SP user information, Communication error (action 7)

The following error is reported by the node:
[Cluster: sp_cluster_user_mgmt_wq_wq: sp.userlist.update.failed:error]: Error updating SP user information, Communication error (action 7).

Checking SYSCONFIG -A shows that the service processor is currently up to date
