CONTAP-156583: BMC FW version showing as unknown in ONTAP

Issue

BMC is inaccessible
Cluster is configured with ONTAP 9.14.1RC1 and the bundled BMC FW version should be 16.10
SP show has the version listed as "unknown"

Also unable to perform an BMC FW image update from cluster CLI the following error is reported
Error: command failed: Cannot update firmware to version "11.10" from version"unknown". Version "11.10" is incompatible with this platform.
