Issue

After an ONTAP upgrade following alerts are received:
vifmgr.lif.sp.conflict: LIF "Cluster-07_mgmt1" on Vserver "Cluster" with IP address "10.32.3.227" in the default IPspace is in use by the SP/BMC.
None of the SPs are configured with the IP listed in error (node-mgmt lif IP)
