Issue

  • scsi.cmd.abortedByHost: Disk device 0c.12.7: Command aborted by host adapter: HA status 0x12: cdb 0x28:4339bd88:0008.

  • WAFL too long consistency points might be reported. Example:

wafl.cp.toolong: Aggregate aggr_name experienced a long CP.
  • Both nodes showing SAS adapter errors. Example:

... [node_name: pmcsas_timeout_0: sas.adapter.firmware.fault:notice]: Detected firmware fault 0xffffffff on SAS adapter 0a.
... [node_name: pmcsas_timeout_0: sas.adapter.exception:debug]: SAS adapter driver encountered error "Failed to get a response in state 79" on adapter 0a.
