CHW-3545: System continuously rebooting due to T6 fatal error

Issue

  • After a T6 fatal error is encountered and the workaround for CONTAP-170030 is followed, the affected node is stuck in a continous boot-loop
  • An string of errors similar to the below are seen on the console:
    t6nex0: command 0x6 in mbox 4 timed out (0x8014c010).

    t6nex0: firmware reports adapter error: Crash (0x8014c010)
    t6nex0: encountered fatal error, adapter stopped (1).
    PANIC : page fault (supervisor write data, page not present) on VA 0x48 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff80670c05 rflags 0x10246
