CFNVRAM-45: NVRAM12 destage failure alerts and possible node disruption

Issue

ONTAP may periodically report the following alert for an NVRAM12 device:

  • nv.flash.predict.fail: NVRAM destage failure predicted for device: NVRAM12
  • nvram.hw.initFail: Failed to read SSD smart log
  • nvram.hw.initFail: Destage was triggered but no destage log
  • nv.flash.unable.to.monitor
  • nv.none: No NV device has been detected

During a node boot the following may be seen:
  • No NV device has been detected
