CFBMC-8357: BMC "bmc diag" and "ethtool" displays "Cannot get wake-on-lan settings: Operation not permitted" error

Issue

On AFF A900, ASA A900 and FAS9500 systems, both the "bmc diag" and "ethtool" (privilege: diagnostic) BMC commands display the following error message:
Cannot get wake-on-lan settings: Operation not permitted
However, despite this error, all configuration details are displayed correctly.
