Issue

  • An internal NVMe drive is not seen by ONTAP on some AFF A250, AFF C250, ASA A250 and ASA C250 systems after being hot-added while the system is running
  • The drive bay was previously empty when the system last booted
  • The controller is a VER2 motherboard with Mfg. part number: 111-05257
