Issue

On an AFF A50, AFF A30, AFF A20, AFF C30, ASA A50, ASA A30, ASA A20 system running ONTAP 9.16.1RC1, a "WARN: health_watchdog:844:(pid 0): Detected insufficient power on the PCIe slot (35W)." message is seen when a X60130A 2-port 100GbE module is installed.
