Issue

  • FlexClones created by Veeam accumulate on volumes with Tamperproof snapshots enabled.
  • Veeam creates FlexClones for backup, restore, or re-scan operations.
  • When the source of the FlexClone is a volume with Tamperproof snapshots enabled, Veeam is unable to delete the FlexClone after the Veeam operation requiring the clone has completed.
