NDMP Backup shows hung on Dell EMC Networker

Issue

  • NDMP backups for more than 1 TB shows hung on DMA.
  • Backup logs shows the backup was  completed,
  • NDMP debug  logs shows that  TCP Session close request was sent by Storage but the session stays open. 
  • Packet traces shows DMA acknowledging the TCP close session but keep sending "TCP keep alives" due to which Data connection is closed but control connection stays open.
