Commvault backups are failing post MCC switchover

Issue

  • CommVault was not able to connect to the NetApp storage, post-MCC switchover.
  • There was no API request seen on NetApp storage coming from Commvault server to start the backup.
  • Below error is seen on the Commvault server.
