CommVault failed to mount media into drive/library

Issue

During backups, CommVault Media Agent is reporting:
 
Failed to mount media with barcode <code>, side <side>, into drive <drive>, in library <library> on
MediaAgent <media agent>. Reason: SCSI-2 Reservation Command to the Drive failed. Advice: Please make sure that
drive supports SCSI-2 Reserve/Release Commands and that it's not reserved by any third-party application.
