Issue

  • ONTAP System Manager reports the following when attempting to validate an ONTAP image:
The following nodes are not supported: Cluster01-01 (FAS8040), Cluster01-02 (FAS8040).
Remove the unsupported system from the cluster or upgrade the controller hardware before installing the new software release
