ONTAP System Manager

Answer

  • ONTAP System Manager cannot be configured to use MFA directly with domain or local authentication.
  • But ONTAP System Manager does work with SAML IdPs (Identity Provider) configured to use MFA already.
  • By enabling and configuring SAML with an IdP using MFA, it is possible to have MFA authentication prompt of your choice with ONTAP System Manager.
