Issue

If a Snapshot copy creation on one or more volumes in a Consistency Group fails, the Snapshot copy is marked as invalid for the whole Consistency Group, to be deleted from all the constituent volumes.

In a rare corner case, this "snapshot delete" operation triggers before the failed "snapshot create" operation finishes. The collision prevents proper cleanup, thereby leaving a number of volumes in an undesired state, potentially interfering with takeover/giveback.
