Issue

  • Observed EMS event seen:

Wed Dec 14 18:43:50 -0500 [cluster1-01: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "ObjectStore" from node 005asb9e-fxd4-11e7-a0b8-5baff40490e9. Reason: Not found.

  • Afterwards, the attached tier becomes unavailable

  • This can also bee seen in the aggr status -r output

  Plex /aggr1/plex0 (online, normal, active, pool0)
    RAID group /aggr1/plex0/rg0 (normal, block checksums)

  • No reported events are seen with the back end tier provider and all objects are seen in the associated bucket from the respective provider portal.
