Issue

The following error is seen when moving a SVM root volume to a NetApp Aggregate Encryption (NAE) aggregate: 
Error: command failed: The destination aggregate "aggr" is an NAE (NetApp Aggregate Encryption) aggregate. Non-encrypted volumes are not supported in such aggregates.
