CipherTrust not returning all keys during LOCATE on boot

Issue

  • On boot, CipherTrust Manager does return all keyIDs in response to ONTAP's LOCATE . If ONTAP is configured without NSE or root aggr/vol encryption, our internal list of known keys on the KMIP server (MDB cache) will correct the issue.
