Single path to NS224 shelves in Nvidia switch attached configuration

Issue

  • The nodes using switch attached storage though the Nvidia SN2100 switches transitioned from Quad-Path to Single-Path
  • Both storage port links that are connected to one switch go down at the same time resulting in the nodes transitioning to single path as the disks and shelves are no longer seen behind this port:
